Title: High Gear
Post by: doak on June 16, 2007, 03:23:53 PM
The rain must have brought out some blooms on something. All my colonies are in high gear.
May have to add another super to 5 to them. :) ;)

Doak.  The rain brings wonders to nature.  It makes the flow that has ceased begin again, it is wonderful, cleansing and beautiful.  Have a wonderful day, great life.  Cindi

Noticed yesterday that sourwood is getting ready to bloom here.

Been real dry but have gotten some good rains recently, would be real nice to have a good flow from sourwood.  Got a lot of trees all around well within range of the girls.  Got a lot of woods behind the shop at work, will probably haul a couple of hives there tonight.

We had a real bad late freeze here this spring but think it ended up being a mixed blessing.  Poplars had just finished blooming and got froze off, after the freeze they bloomed again.
