Title: Canada or Creeping Thistle

I hate this stuff in the garden, but there is a whole field of it across the street. Is this a good forage item for the bees?

i found that the bumble bees really like it, but have not seen much attraction to honeybees.  maybe they have other stuff to keep them busy.

regardless, it is a nuisance weed and not one to let grow uncontrolled if you can help it.  it's not called 'creeping' for no reason!  :-)
