In my web serching I found an article about the Y factor of how combs are positoned in the hive and I really could not understand it and I don't remember the web site where I saw it, but they said it made a big difference in their hives. any help would be appreicated.

I have a LOT of natural comb. I almost always find the primary comb (the "Y" is sideways). I have not found a pattern otherwise. I have found "housel positioning" useful in getting combs drawn well when using foundation especially if the bees don't like the foundation (like plastic). But in natural comb I don't see it.
Michael, holy carumba!!! What an interesting piece that was written in this site. Have a wonderful day, great life. Cindi
