In my west hive beetle trap on my week hive, I found two worms that were in a a loose dark cocoon. The worms came out as soon as I disturbed them. The were about 3/8 - 1/2 inch long and 2 millimeters wide.
I did not open this hive up today other than to check for the West Hive Beetle trap which I posted about separately. I may need to open it up to check for moths.
Well, I don't think these worms were wax moths. I just looked at some pictures and don't see much of a resemblence. I took a picture of the worms, I will have to get it uploaded.

A wax moth is bigger than that by the time it spins a cocoon.
