Title: food grade mineral oil
Post by: twb on August 23, 2007, 09:16:25 PM
We are looking to purchase food grade mineral oil.  We have found mineral oil sold as a laxitive, so does that mean it is food grade or must it state food grade on its label?    Thanks in advance.

Well you have ingest the laxative so I would think it must then be food grade.  :-P

The Laxitive is is actually a grade ABOVE food grade.  It's USP.  It exceeds the requirements for food grade.
