Post by: KONASDAD on October 03, 2007, 12:41:55 PM
I am hosting the last meeting of the season for the SJ beek group. A number of forum members have already committed to attending, and a few more are likely to attend as well. Beemaster is invited and i am hoping to coax him across state to Cherry Hill. Also attending will be NJ newest Chief apiarist, Tim Schuler. He is a great guy, bee knowledgeable and extremeelt friendly. Bees first philosophy!

That ferry ride across the bay is getting VERY expensive.

I have confirmations from Kris, Jbird and Beehopper so far. Kris has suggested a  honey swap and I agree. Bring some honey
and
Bennetoid, I am only 32 miles from the delaware memorial bridge, and I'll throw a 6oz bear as an incentive. SAME TO BEEMASTER!
The meeting will be about winterising hives, technical assistance coming from NJ chief apiarist.
DONT DELAY

PM Me w/ ?

I don't imagine the 6oz "bear" would be to aggressive!!!!!! Just kidding. I wish I could attend. I will be in New Jersey over the thanksgiving weekend visiting my brother for a few days.

Have fun all of you

Annette

"Where in NJ? If its southern or central NJ PM me when time gets closer."

My brother lives in Englishtown New Jersey (marlboro) and I am visiting for 3 days during Thanksgiving week. If you are close by I would love to get together for a chat. I do not know anything about New Jersey or how close by you are. You probably know more than me. I will be checking the bee forum during my stay with him so can contact you then also.

Sounds great if we can meet

Annette

Englishtown is about 15 minutes from me, and about an hour or so from Cherry Hill.

What I will do is post a message when I am at my brothers house and see what can be arranged with everyone.

Would be nice to meet if possible, and I do say if possible. My brother is very possessive of me when I finally come in to visit with him, but I will try.

Thanks
Annette

Kudos to KONASDAD for hosting this shindig. It was nice to meet some members from this forum and members from the South Jersey Beekeepers, also in attendance was New Jersey's newest State Apiarist, Tim Schuler. ( New Jersey Beeks are in good hands  ;) ). So where was the Beemaster himself  :?
