Title: Copper Gluconate
Post by: RogerB on November 11, 2007, 11:22:17 PM
I did a search and nothing came up.  Has anyone used Copper Gluconate as a syrup additive?  There was a French study a couple of years ago that looked interesting.

The study I think you're referring to was, I believe, written up back in '93. It gets mentioned from time to time on all the internet groups, and a few beekeepers occasionally write they are using it or are going to try using it.  There was some guy in the UK selling copper gluconate over the internet at one time--maybe he still is. I think it can be purchased without too much difficulty.   It did (and still does) sound promising, but since 15 years have gone by, you'd think, it would be more in the forefront if there was a lot of success with it.
