Hi all,
I am trying to set up a honey house for next season and figure maybe others are upgrading (or downgrading) in the off-season and might have a few things available for a good price (I need all the help I can get :) ). I could ge smaller items than these, but I do not want to have to keep upgrading as I add hives . I plan on being to 100 hives in three years. All eqpuipment must be in excellent shape and perfect working condition. Needs:
- At least a 20 frame powered extractor.
- Honey Pump, 2" preferred.
-Large Cappings tank
- Honey Sump
- Possibly a powered uncapper
Thanks! :)
Hopeful,

I don't believe your gonna get much results here. Most here are in the same boat as you and looking to upgrade too.
Interesting website, but they do not list anything I need. They had a fiberglass 72 frame extractor, but I do not need one that big, and do not see myself needing that in the foreseeable future. My mentor has 300 hives and is doing fine with his 56 frame extractor. We extracted and filtered 42 supers in about three hours. That would be good enough for me. In fact a 20/36 like someone mentioned a while back would be perfect. I think that one fell through, though. If I don't find a good used one by next summer I'll just have to get one from Dadant.
