Looks like bees have gone on strike in Canada. who can blame em. It's to cold up there. ;)
Sincerely,
Brendhan
Brendhan, see what I was talking about. Year 2007 was a terrible year for any kind of great nectar gathering. Even with all the forage that I plant for the bees (along with the radius that they fly), I still didn't get much honey myself. I still don't know how much, it is still in the combs in the warm house, just haven't got around to crush and straining it yet. My Husband built me a crush and strain bucket, (beautiful thing that it is), but I just have been procrastinating. The honey from summer of 2006 is still in liquid form, I have a about a gallon left of it, so I am not worried about any honey crystalizing in the comb, they foraged on the same flowers in 06. Have a beautiful and wonderful day, great health. Cindi
OMG
QuoteDespite the drop in volume, StatsCan observed, prices in Quebec were unchanged at $31 per gallon
for 31$ i'd get maybe a pint...or even just half a pint, i'm not sure.
