Does anyone know of local Virginia beekeeping supply vendors?  I need a cheap extractor....

Check with the local beekeepers club. They may have a good lead on one or they may let you borrow one if you are a member.

Sincerely,
Brendhan

I'd look for a club and see what you can find.  The only cheap ones are used ones.  :)

I kept bees for 26 years without one:

I'm in Charlottesville at the moment, so Lynchburg isn't out of the question.  Cut comb is awesome, but I want to be able to reuse frames.

Of course you do.  But do you want to spend hundreds of dollars to do so?
