Title: learned some about grafting yesterday:
Post by: jimmy on March 08, 2008, 01:08:10 PM
My wife and I traveled to Mississippi yesterday to see how queen grafting is done. Those folks were kind enough to show us  their tech. While I learned about reversing the hives my wife was grafting new queens into plastic cells. Ofcourse, I was watching the removeal of larva, my wife got to actually transfer some cells. Very interesting process.
I also bought a couple mini nucs for my own use . Suppose to be ready for pick-up 27 March /w new bred queens.
Every time I learn a little more, I become more interested. Jimmy
