Title: Chlorinated Water For Syurp use

Will Chorinated Water harm the bees if used to make Syrup?.
Should we use well water if available.

Bees drink lots of water from swimming pools. I'm sure everyone in side a city uses chlorinated water. Should be fine.

Isn't it so, that when we heat the water in order to dissolve the sugar, that we are heating the chlorine off/out of the water??

I don't know. And I don't heat the water. OH! and I have well water.

My own answers to those same questions:

Probably. I don't heat the water either. I also have well water.

No.  They love swimming pool water.  Some people add clorox to their syrup to make it keep better.
