Last fall after extacting I froze my supers and for about 1 week in my freezer to kill off any wax moth.
Then I wrapped my supers and frames in plastic baggs for storage.
When I went to unpack them I noticed some small green and black mold growing on them, will this hurt the bees or will thy just clean it out?
They'll clean it out.
Is There a better way to store these other than sealed up in plastic in the
garage?

I saw a commercial beek vaccum pack his hives. I am not sure how it is done and if that is common practice for the commercial guys.
I do as you do. Works fine.
Bassman, do see much mold in yours when you open them up?

I have found mold, but it really wasn't anything that concerned me. Patches on frames throughout each box. Sometimes the comb was unaffected but you could tell they were stored for a few months.
