Title: a little help
Post by: bjpbike on April 13, 2008, 02:37:38 PM
Hi
I installed 2 packages on Thursday. I am feeding them with a 1 gallon jug inside the hive. I have noticed a lot of bees in both hives are cluster near the feeder bottle up in the top. I have to go in tommorow to see if the quenn is free, it was supposed to be done today but its cold and rainy. Is this clustering up top normal? Both hive have flowm on the good warm day and everything else seems ok.

Yep, normal, don't worry. Might be a little dried up syrup where they're clustering.
