Title: Getting nucs during a good flow
Post by: watercarving on May 05, 2008, 09:02:35 PM
My nucs should come in any day and I hear there is a good flow on. Do I still need to feed?

Also, I have a 1/4" clearance for them to get into the feeder. I can expand it to 3/8" if need be. It's about 3" long.

Thanks,

I like to have feed available as long as they are drawing foundation. If a good flow is on, they may leave it alone, but if there are a few bad-weather days, they'll have the feed available and can keep working.
