Title: new hives
Post by: eddiedlzn on May 07, 2008, 02:45:29 AM
I got two new packages last thurday. They both looked good and I released the queens since they had been in there a week. They have been working hard bringing in tons of pollen. I did my first inpection today.I did not see any eggs but did see the queen in one. How long should it be before I see eggs. Maybe my vision is failing. When should I look again? I do not like to bother them to much.

Wait for another few days or week. She may be just getting her bearings and settling in. You will do fine, good luck.
