Title: North Georgia Nectar Flows
Post by: watercarving on May 13, 2008, 10:36:54 AM
My two hives will not take any syrup. Blackberries are blooming like crazy but I haven't seen a bloom on them. Looked up the other day and the tulip poplars are blooming well. Half of the pods are open so it's really about to get good.

How much haul can I expect from the poplar bloom? Sourwood should be next. What can I expect from that? Is there a good bloom for us after sourwood? If not, should I continue feeding?
