Doak, watch out, you are gonna get a title in your avitar now too, hee, hee, like maybe the Picture King......beautiful shots, I think that you passed the test very nicely, hee, hee, smiling a lot.....I loved that picture of the allium flowers, now, was that a leek flower, onion?  define....

Your food looks now good enough to eat....ever tried green fried tomatoes?  Yep, yep, they are good.  Sometimes we have to eat the tomatoes green because the season was too cold for them to ripen without the help of the human picking hand, bringing them into the house, and the smaller ones that are not shiny, plain and simply, do not ripen, whah, whah,    Bring on the pics!!!  Have a most beautiful, day, this day in celebration of the great Fathers of our lives and world.  Cindi

Yes Cindi, I have green fried tomatoes before ripe ones.
That is an Elephant Garlic head/bloom.
Have already use some of the onions in cooking.
Getting ripe tomatoes now. Have ate some mixed greens, collards, radish greens and cabbage leaves.
Put some wheat straw around most of the stuff yesterday. Was 25 days without rain and can't afford to keep running the well so often. The straw will hold for a week to ten days.
Then water again if it doesn't rain.

I live about 25 miles from where the Movie, "Fried Green Tomatoes" was filmed.
It is an old Mill Town on one of the Major Rivers in Ga.
The river runs through Macon Georgia, About 25 miles from The film sight.
We have a lot of rich History here in Georgia, I don't care what who says.
I was born and raised here.
And my Bees are doing OK too.
doak, the picture "KING' :)
