Title: A honey of a year
Post by: Ross on June 21, 2008, 02:35:27 PM
I pulled and processed my north yard earlier and got 40 gallons of nice light vetch and early soybean honey mixed with wildflowers.  I went back and checked them today and had to super up again as they are on a nice soybean flow still.  I moved 13 hives to several thousand acres of blooming mesquites Thursday.  I'm hoping those will make some honey too.  Extracting is a pain, but somebody has to do it :)
