Bees rest but do not sleep.  They work....24/7.  Much of my sugar syrup is gone by morning after being replaced the evening before.  They cannot see at night so they do not fly ususlly.  But what ever goes on in the day time, goes on at night in the hive.  Do Bees Sleep?
No, but during the night most bees remain motionless reserving their energies for the next day.

Mostly they make wax, feed brood, clean house and fan.  Some of them sleep for a few minutes.
