Title: Feral Bee Project
Post by: eri on July 29, 2008, 05:57:30 PM
This is just getting going and I think the website could use some more information about exactly what they're planning to do with the data, but initially they are mapping the locations of feral bees. I've e-mailed with the coordinator and if I got this right a few beekeeper volunteers are working informally with entomologists at NCSU on the project.

Anyone anywhere is welcomed to post the location of feral bee sightings. The map so far is mostly NC, where the project originates.
