We all think our honey is the best and should be worth a lot, but
I do not know realistically what to charge for example a 1/2 pound bear full of organic honey with label and all. I figure the container and label cost about $1.00. What are you all charging for honey retail?
:?
6 bucks per pint. $3.50 for a 1/2 pint. Next year, I expect inflation  I feel I'm ripping myself off at $6. I think $7 - $8 is more fair. I am not going to do a huge spike, just gradual.
I don't think Honey can be labeled Organic.
But I might be wrong

$15 a quart, $8 a pint.
I only get about 7 gallon and give it to friends and relitives.
10 bucks a quart is the going price around here. I think you would be better using a local honey label on it that's more what people are looking for to buy anyways.
I charge
$5.00 per lbs extracted $7.00 per lbs comb
WOW, was just at a farm stand three miles from me and their honey is $8.75 per 8 oz. and they're right on the main hy-way to get all the weekenders and city people.
In Arkansas the grocery store is selling the clover honey for $5.00 a pound
For 16 oz. which is a pound im selling it for $4.
I know thats to cheap, honey just dont go for much around here. :(
