Title: 2008 Harvest Quality
Post by: 2-Wheeler on August 10, 2008, 02:50:59 PM
This year has been a good year for our honey production in quantity so far, but it has  been great one in quality too  :-D

Who else won recognition or a competition for their honey this year?

Congratulations, that is some pretty and clear honey. How much competition did you have and what basis did they judge on?

Congrats!  I'm going to enter our seasonal varieties (three different ones, all from same locale) into the State Fair, etc., next year methinks.

Birdsfoot trefoil on the label?  I've got loads of that here also.   Good stuff.

Cheers,
Dane
