in the spring  when the bees start to build up   and back fill  -  is the back fill  good  honey   to eat and sale  /

Backfill is the honey placed in what's normally brood cells.  If the honey is from a plant source then the answer is yes.  If the honey is from feeding the bees simple syrup to get them kick started then the answer is no.
