My name is Mac short for Malcolm and I live in
Yarmouth N.S. Canada. I got one hive last spring from
a fellow how health was getting bad and couldn't look after
any more.

There's another Scotian on the forum from Lunenburg.  I'll let him intro his self.  We honeymooned in NS and loved it.  You live in a great place!!   I'm jealous, but I bet your bees get cold!!

Mac, welcome to our forum, I am from Canada too, in B.C.  This will be a place where you can spend some great time, learn stuff, tell your tales, stories and experiences, and make some new and great friends too.  Nice that you took this hive off the hands of the person that had failing health, I bet you are enjoying beekeeping, and I can bet that you are going to get more colonies, the fever has got you, you are under that spell of the honeybee, hee, hee.  Stick around, we love to have new members coming here.  AND....have the most wonderful and awesome day, Cindi
