I'm older, but wish I had been this interested in beekeeping when I was buzz and ryan's age, when my grandfather was still alive and opening his hives. I could have learned so much.

Well, I have my dad to thank for getting me into beekeeping. He said we didn't have enough land for any sort of livestock, but I still wanted something, so he started talking about bees.

That's pretty cool.   8)  My dad was really nervous about me starting hives at first because he is allergic to the sting, but as I went along learning really neat stuff, I'd show it to him, and now he goes around talking about all the neat things bees do.   :D

I am 16 x 2.1875 - can that count? :)

So hey.... if you look at it in a different way..... it's like I'm TWO sweet (and pretty) 16 year old red-heads. Now who wouldn't want THAT hanging around?

Beth
