Title: Groeb Farms
Post by: crowhammer on February 14, 2009, 09:56:24 AM
Does anyone know if Groeb (Groebe?) Farms Bee supply store in Belleview, Florida is open on Saturdays? Do they have a good selection? I need some supplies. Frames and a boardman feeder, mostly, but I may run into something I didn't realize I can't live without.

Last time I checked - a month or so ago - they no longer sold bee supplies in Bellview.

Still purchased honey.

Bert Kelley in Lakeland is a Dadant dealer.  He usually has a good bit of stock.  Probably still closer drive than High Springs.

His hours are fairly restricted, like MWF.  I'd call him and see if you can't arrange something outside of those times.  He usually brings us supplies to the association meetings.  Works well.
