Title: Robber screens and the SHB
Post by: SlickMick on April 08, 2009, 11:10:53 PM
I have just been reading some posts on robber screens and their effectiveness by moving the entry up the face of the hive by about 6". Has anyone know if the same principle would work with the SHB.. ie by moving the entrance away from its usual position will the SHB still head for the old entrance where the hive odours are coming from or will it look for a new entrance?

Try it.  It might.  I don't have SHB to test it.
