Post by: Larooo on February 28, 2005, 07:48:58 PM
Can someone tell me how to put together a candy board, I searched recent posts but could not find any info. Need to Winter feed asap. Hefted today and are all at the top and very light in weight.
Thanks for any help

This one is for about 18 pie plates, but could be cut to a 1/3.   It was suggested to me by the author to place the sugar board into  styrophone dishes rather than paper plates.  The bees will chew up the paper plates.

I made mine in a wax paper lined cookie sheet. The wax paper still stuck to the candy board, but the girls can chew it up, or I'll remove it when they're done.
