The more experienced folks say we are 4-6 weeks behind schedule for the time of year.

yup.  stuff isn't blooming.  nights still cold.  snowed here yesterday.

Thank goodness it was sorta kinda sunny today. I installed my first twe ever packages today. I've been watching the weather and sweating it for over a week.   :-D

All went well though. And "the girls" seem happy in their new homes.

We were running about two weeks ahead and then got cold again and are back about to normal.
