We had a great tulip poplar bloom last spring - made some awesome honey. Hope we get another, but it seems like a cyclic thing.

It's a pretty flower , I just went and looked it up. We don't have them in

Just finished putting foundation in 8 new medium supers!  Have them stacked in my garage locked and loaded!

i've got my three hives sitting right under a stand of big poplars. no blooms yet though. the poplars have'nt done well here in the last couple years, late frost and dry weather. this year looks good though. blackberries look good to. good luck.

here in south wast  va. i am see some locust  starting  but i am haveing trouble seeing any poplars   but i am ready
