Title: Jenter Protective Cage ?
Post by: larry tate on May 18, 2009, 01:13:19 PM
I am wondering what the protective cages are for. I was wondering if a newly hatched queens could be banked on the jenter bar with the protective cages around her and the bottom cap put on? Thanks

They are used in case you can't take the queens out in time when they hatch.  Once one queen hatches, she'll go around and open up the other cells, killing them.
