Sad, really.  There should have been a more simple way to collect them and spray any remainder if necessary.

I am so shocked by this.  I thought he caught them and took them away.  I must have read the article wrong.  This is so, so sad.

I don't have a huge problem with spraying a swarm in certain situations.  And I understand that they have thousands of people waiting for the game to go on.

But I still think that they could have gotten the majority of them into a box. Shake most of them, wait 15 minutes, then spray the remainder if necessary.

I suppose bee vacuums are rare enough that they wouldn't have been able to get their hands on one of those too quickly.

I wasn't very impressed by that "beekeeper".
