Title: HELP! We need some Queens.
Post by: TapStoneBees on July 15, 2009, 05:57:20 PM
Greetings members,

Wondering if someone may have some queens for sale.  Our club has several folks who are currently queenless.  NO BROOD, NO EGGS, really serious.

We are looking for Northern Bred Queens, and most members are interested in Italians or Carnolians.  Folks are fearful of the Russians because of their desire to swarm and their demeanor.   Please let me know if you can help out our club.
I greatly appreciate any and all help.

Members would like Queens that come from 41.39Lat/74.7Long

Most of the companies I have checked with are out, and members don't want to go  with bees from the South.

Thanks for the time and attention.
Bee Well,
JT

Thus Far,
I have contacted 15 breeders of bees.

Folks have either not responded or will not have queens until after the 15th of August.

Any one a hobby beekeeper performing a queen rearing program.

Please let me know.
Cheers,
JT

Try just two more. Rossman had them within the last 4 days and Busy had them last week.
