Title: upper entrance congregation
Post by: Patrick on July 19, 2009, 07:18:07 PM
I noticed today that on one of my hives a handful of bees congregating on the hive exterior just below the inner cover entrance notch, interesting never seen that before.
Cheers,
Patrick

Some of my hives hang out more than others but if it gets where there are lots of bees outside, I try and put in a spacer up top to vent the hive and help keep it a bit cooler.  Seems to help.
