Title: My first cutout
Post by: mherndon on July 20, 2009, 06:43:26 PM
This is my first cutout.  Had an easy access colony with beautiful comb and lots of brood.  Just needed a bee vac.

We made a bee vac from Robo's plans that we used the next week.  This design works great!  Thanks Rob.

Looks like you did a great job. Nice to have extra hands to help out. That bee vac is the trick ain't it, I got one too.

You fellas ever around Knoxville holler at me.

Couldn't find the queen, but I think we did get her.  The bees seemed to go back to business as soon as we got them home.  I can't praise enough about the bee vac design.  It has to be the easiest on bees with the introduction back to the brood and comb.
