Hello, My wife and I are new to beekeeping.
We started with our first hive in April from a split.
One month later we got a call about a swarm someone wanted removed. We gladly accepted and then we had two.
We just got a call about a cut out. The bees are between the inner and outer wall of the kitchen in a cottage.
They don't mind what needs torn out as long as we remove the honey bees.
Built a BeeVac using RoBo design. it is too sweet. I can't wait to use it.
Good luck to all,
Joe and Heidi S.

Hello, Joe and Heidi,
Welcome to the forum. I am in Summit County, OH. I started out the same way you did; one hive and a month later captured a swarm! What part of OH do you live in?

Welcome Joe and Heidi S. It is nice when both as a couple start with the same interest. When I told my significant other I was going to start raising bees, she thought I had finally lost it. She has come around and now is much more informed about the fears that some have. She thought if they swarmed that they might attack the day care kids. The day care kids are some of my girls, biggest fans and my wife has got past the ideas of bad bees like in a Alfred Hitchcock movie.
Hello and welcome Joe and Heidi.
