Title: Goldenrod Blooming

I am seeing goldenrod starting to bloom in our area.  Northern Piedmont of North Carolina.

Same here.  I sure do look at Goldenrod a lot differently than I did a few years ago.

Do yall eat goldenrod honey or do ya just leave it for the bee's?  I have heard it is bitter?

Goldenrods been blooming here for about a month and the loosestrife started about a week ago.  Looks like we might have a banner fall flow....

I found goldenrod blooming about 40 miles east of here, but have not yet found any in my local area.
