Just got back from an emergency call in Guadalupe, a town next to Santa Maria where Michael Jackson's being tried. The Fire Chief called since a swarm of bees landed in a school bus stop and the kid's freaked

We got there and one of those fire keep out tapes was up around a palm tree with a medium swarm. The bees were very gentle, and the neighbor's all came out to watch my son and I scooping them up with our hands and dump them into the hive. Most of the people were Mexican, and since Mexico is Africanised, they are generally more wary of bees than the run of the mill American.
