Title: Bees don't work when hot.

My bees work much more collecting pollen,nectar,water in the morning and evening when it's cool,is that normal ?

When it's very hot, yes.

yes that is very true when it is hot 

Mine love the front porch they stay out there all the time.  At night they even come out and hang on the front side of the hive. 8-)
