Title: Does Indiana offer grant money for beekeeping?

state of tenn giving grant money to new beekeepers to purchase new hives and equipment, 

anyone know where you would even look to find out?

Not for individual beekeepers to buy equipment. There has been some money allocated to Kathleen Prough, State Apiary Inspector, to set up a program with the State Beekeeping Associations to do some apiary surveys and data collection.
