About how many queen cells does a hive build when they get ready to supersede or swarm ? About how late would a hive swarm in mid to south TX ?

I had my hive supercede their queen and they made only one supercedure cell.

I had a hive swarm and they made about 15 queen cells.

Supercedure cells that i've seen, there's 2 or 3, maybe 4 sometimes.
Swarm cells, all over the place on many frames.
