I could take exception to a few of the "facts". One that stands out is "honey never spoils". Well, if it's in an airtight jar and it's below 19% moisture, this is probably a true statement. But if the moisture is above 20% and/or it's exposed to air (where it will pull in moisture to above 20%) then it will ferment. Then, I guess it depends on your definition of what "spoil" means... it's not honey anymore.
I'm afraid the all honey diet would work out about like the all Guinness diet.
