Title: Water in my Honey
Post by: alfred on October 20, 2009, 11:57:41 AM
I need help!
I got water in my honey.

I had it in a frosting bucket sitting in a large pan of water. Just trying to warm it a little on the stove and I left it too long and the bottom of the bucket melted a little hole and let water in. I caught it real quick but it wasn't quick enough to stop some water from getting in. the honey was still in comb, I was preparing to crush and strain at the time.

I am not sure what to do. The honey is thin now.
I was thinking of heating it and reducing it on the stove. After I strain it all out.
Any I deas?
