what happens to the hive if i put srtaight terramycin on frames without the powdered sugar?

the actual amount of terramycin in a dusting is small.  It would be measure in grams or grains.   without the proper scale you couldn't measure it accurately.  The sugar makes measuring easy because the quantity is much larger.   They also eat it.  They would most likely just remove it straight
