Title: Cold Weather in the UK
Post by: Somerford on January 07, 2010, 05:38:32 PM
Cold here in the UK -8 degrees C tonight. Brrrrrrrr

Bees treated with Oxalic acid this week for varroa - one hive pretty clean (30 or so mites knocked down) the other one checked has had in excess of 600 so far in 3 days. And it was treated with thymol in the Autumn too.

More snow on the way this weekend !!

regards

AHHH, the cool, brisk winter chill makes one happy to be alive..... :-P  I remember the good ol' days when we had to walk barefoot 10 miles in the snow, uphill both ways, to school.....
