Title: Looking for nucs or colonies in TX Houston area
Post by: dheinze on January 08, 2010, 07:47:34 PM
I am willing to drive some distance from Houston.  I would also appreciate a reply if you know of nuc suppliers in TX that I could contact.  Thanks!

Here's one, though based on price they think their 2 frame nucs for $140 are pretty special!

Here's another:   http://bees-r-us.com/beeinfo.html#5frame (http://bees-r-us.com/beeinfo.html#5frame)

Has anybody here used the Bees-r-us.com place before? I am interested in them. I built my TBH today and I am starting to look around for bees.

maybe I missed something, but on the bees-r-us website it states pickup location as Owen, Wisconsin.  That's a little too far for me:)

Yeah, I picked up on that after I posted that. Let me know if you find something reasonable.
