For swarm control.. I sit in front of my two hives with a nice Lagger and I puff on a Padron 1928 maduro cigar. LOL  :)

I think one of my hive will swarm and I got one deep ready to house it and give it away.

Wild plumb and Bradford pear just at their peek. When would you do the swarm control/split? Now or when I get my ney Queens?
