Black isn't all that uncommon.  Russian strains of bees have a really dark queen.  I'm pretty sure the german i beleave is even blacker.  Of course alot of mutts out there that are black too.  Hope to put a swarm trap out and catch a swarm off a bee tree on our property that produces almost black bees  :-D.

Have caught a few and had a few russian black queens.

I think the carniolans are dark gray to black as well.
