Does anyone know where i can purchase a package of bees? i need it to be delivered to Brooklyn, NY.
I know I'm kinda of late in the season, but a friend of mine just decided to learn about bees and wants a hive in his backyard in Brooklyn. Let me know if anyone knows. My usual place where i order is sold out :(

You may be able to find some for pick-up in New Jersey. As far as shipping it has been my limited experiance that alot of Bee Suppliers don't like to ship due to high mortality.

Long Island has a pretty active bee keeping club. You can contact them and see if someone on the Island has bees. I know last year we picked some up from a local bee keeper. If I find his name, I"ll pass it to you.
